One, not!
But a farm, yes! :D :D :D

This post is a big "in medias res". Why?
There was a point in my life when I wanted to open an ostrich farm in Hungary, in the Tokaj wine region!
Why? Everyone else always had cows, horses, and other animals as a side business.
I wanted to dream even bigger! I wanted a better and more profitable animal!
But my grandmother did not approve it!
What did happen?
Every year, young agricultural people are allowed to apply for a start-up amount of money to make their dream come true or something like that. This project is from the EU. So you need to study how to apply for grants, be good at accounting, have politicians on your side, and a lot more...
And be able to fight against the cratsy-maftsy part of the business!
How was it for me?
I was pretty good in everything listed above, but!
Of course, my grandmother did not approve it!
What did happen?
That year, the ostrich got into the same category as the common quail :D :D :D

OHHHH YESSSS If you are not so good in Biology, let me give you only two parameters:
1. Mass: 96 g (Adult) - common quail
2. Mass: 63 – 140 kg (Adult) - ostrich
How was it possible?
hmmm....
It means I was supposed to raise 1000 ostriches from the same money as I would raise 1000 common quails...
Hahahaha
I got the NOTE!!!
But did I give up?
Nope!!!
If you do not let me have my ostrich farm, then I will make the revolution of the ostrich in Hungary!!!
How did I do it?
I ordered the big book of ostrich farming, and I talked with a lot of people. One of the biggest farms was next to my city in the Hajdú-Bihar region.
That time, we were pretty late with the application for tenders...
It was three days to the deadline....
For what?
To make the kind of Union of the Ostrich farmers in Hungary.
Why was it important?
As part of the Union or leader of the Union, you were qualified to apply for the huge amount of money.
So why did not do it in the previous last 15 years (that was a long time ago, like 30 years ago...)?
As they were afraid of the craftsy-maftsy part of the tenders!
But, I did it!
I talked with the biggest farm owner and convinced him to apply for the UNION and call everyone in the business.
What did happen?
They made the UNION in three days!
And they were able to apply for more support.
This is also a story that a winemaker goes through...
Is it for everyone?
Nope....
